2007 Engineer's Award Banquet

The 49th Annual PSEC Engineer of the Year Awards Banquet was held at the Museum of Flight, Seattle, Washington on the evening of February 24, 2007. It was attended by 105 guests, awardees and families. A no host bar greeted the attendees, followed by dinner served by McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurant.

2007 PSEC Award Recipients

The Keynote Speaker was Astronaut Dr. Donald Pettet, who presented experiments conducted in the orbiting Space Lab. Those attending were fascinated by the effects of Zero Gravity and surface tension on water.

Awards were given for

Event Chairman Ken Johnson, with help from Stephen Phillips, Mike Weaver, Linda Tayler and Arik Korman for the second year organized an outstanding event. The PSEC Awards Banquet is the preeminent event for the Council’s year of activities, and is a tradition not duplicated in the Northwest. The Sponsors ASCE, ESM and CD-Adapco are very much appreciated.
