2006 Engineer's Award Banquet

The 2006 PSEC Engineer's Week Awards Banquet was, by all accounts, a splendid and memorable evening. James Cole of Elliot Bay Design, for the keynote presentation, gave a fascinating and enchanting account of the maritime history of shipbuilding in the Puget Sound from 1792 to the present.

The Museum of Flight is an unsurpassed venue and the catering by McCormick & Schmicks was absolutely mouth watering.

In all, Ken Johnson did a fantastic job for his first go at banquet chairman. We are fortunate that he has stepped forward for the 2007 banquet as well and so anticipate an even more excellently orchestrated evening of entertainment and appreciation. We look forward to seeing you there.
